Audrey and Brian Menard are American educators who have taught and served as administrators in numerous public, private, and religious schools through their professional careers, with a particular focus on integrating 21st Century pedigogical practices into the curricula of the schools they join.
Audrey earned her EdD in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Organization from Vanderbilt University. Previously she earned her MEd in Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and her BS in Education (concentration in Mathematics) from Longwood University. She did her student teaching in Germany before teaching middle and high school math. She started an award-winning tutoring business, which she sold after ten years in order to focus professionally as an administrator leading in a range of school settings in Arizona, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia.
Brian earned his MEd in Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts, a MA in Government & Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, and a BA in Government from Claremont McKenna College. After working as a legislative aide in Washington, DC, helping found civic education and public policy nonprofits, and teaching Government/Political Science on the college level before pursuing his passion teaching government and history in PK-12 schools, he found his niche as a school administrator leading urban Catholic schools.
Together they have two daughters, Margaret and Charlotte.
